Optimum solvent based maskants for use through chemical milling, anodizing, and plating. May be applied using dip masking, airless spray, or by brush. Available in perchloroethylene, toluene, or parachlorobenzotrifluoride (PCBTF), a non-VOC, non-HAP, exempt solvent system in the U.S.
Optimum solvent based maskants for use through forming, routing, shearing, chemical milling, anodizing, plating, and 250°F bonding. May be applied by brush or airless spray. Available in perchloroethylene, or toluene solvent systems.
The most universal of all the airless spray application maskants. These maskants offer rapid film build when applied with hot airless spray equipment. They perform well in all the following processes: forming, routing shearing, chemical milling, anodizing, 250°F/350°F bonding, and aging at 375°F. Various formulations are available for use over clad, bare, conversion coated, rough, and anodized aluminum surfaces (excluding phosphoric acid anodized surfaces), steel, titanium, and Inconel. Available in perchloroethylene, toluene, or parachlorobenzotrifluoride (PCBTF), a non-VOC, non-HAP, exempt solvent system in the U.S.
Fast curing, 100% solids, zero VOC, two component spray maskants for use in aluminum and titanium chemical milling.
Zero VOC, Zero HAP solvent-based maskants for use through chemical milling, bonding, plating, and anodizing in the USA.
Water based maskant for use in the chemical milling of aluminum and titanium.
Coatings to protect prescribed lines during the etching process as parts are chemically milled to various depths of metal removal.
Coatings applied over maskants at a thickness of two mils to provide additional chemical resistance.
Coatings to repair flaws in maskants.
Controls excessive foam during chemical milling of aluminum.
