How fast does Rapid Armour® cure?

The material is set to touch in about 15 seconds for handling.  It is strong enough to peel within a couple hours.

What conditions are necessary for Rapid Armour® application?

This material can be sprayed and will properly cure in any temperature or humidity.

What is necessary to apply Rapid Armour®?

A two-component machine that can deliver 1 to 1 ratio at 3000 PSI and 170oF and a spray booth.

How much material does it take to coat a tub?

This ranges based on the size and dimensions of the unit, but, in general, you can coat three large, walled units and seven smaller tubs with a gallon of material.

Can Rapid Armour® withstand plumbers water tests and other job site liquids?

Yes, the chemical and water resistant nature of Rapid Armour® makes it perfect for protection through plumbers tests and from all stains and paints.
